Join us for a creative and relaxing afternoon where you’ll design your very own pressed flower line art featuring your favorite symbol, icon, or anything meaningful to you.
In this workshop, you’ll work on an 8x10" floating frame to create a unique piece that reflects your personal style and story. We’ll provide all the necessary supplies, along with a curated selection of beautifully preserved flowers and foliage.
You’ll also have access to some printed patterns, but if you have a specific design in mind, we recommend bringing a drawing or printout sized to 8x10" to guide your creation.
This workshop is perfect for nature lovers, craft enthusiasts, or anyone looking to create something beautiful and truly one-of-a-kind. You’ll also explore color harmony and the art of pressed flowers in a welcoming and inspiring environment.
We’re excited to welcome participants ages 13 and up! If you’re under 18, you’ll need to bring a legal guardian along. Don’t forget, both you and your guardian will need your own workshop tickets.
When you purchase a ticket, you acknowledge that you may be photographed for promotional purposes and agree to release the host and venue from any class-related liability.
Tickets are nonrefundable, but if something comes up, you’re welcome to pass your ticket along to a friend so they can enjoy the experience in your place. Please double-check your schedule before booking to make sure you can join us on the workshop day.
Instructor Bio
Jodie Zhao has been creating pressed flower art for the past three years, inspired by her discovery of the significant waste in the floral industry. A graduate of the Canadian Institute of Floral Design, she now specializes in customizing wedding bouquet preservation for clients.
